2009 at 6:00 p.m. immediately following a public hearing on a proposed wood
boiler law, to consider the formation of a Timberline Estates Drainage
District.

control the emissions from outdoor wood boilers in the Town of Putnam
Valley.

Please be advised that the Town is
currently reviewing the wetland permit applications to perform aquatic
vegetation management:
Roaring Brook Lake: Activity is to hand pull aquatic
vegetation.
Lake Oscawana: Activity is to reduce aquatic
vegetation through the use of a mechanical weed harvester.
Barger Pond: Activity is to remove aquatic vegetation
through the use of mechanical rakes.

questions or to review the application materials.
