            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Putnam Valley Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. immediately following a public hearing on a proposed wood boiler law,  to consider the formation of a Timberline Estates Drainage District.

          PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Putnam Valley Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 6:00 p.m, on a proposed local law to regulate and control the emissions from outdoor wood boilers in the Town of Putnam Valley.

           HEARING TO BE HELD, at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York.

A LOCAL LAW TO AMEND SECTION 165-44 AND TO REPEAL SECTION 165-46 OF THE TOWN CODE-NONCONFORMING STRUCTURES

Please be advised that the Town is currently reviewing the wetland permit applications to perform aquatic vegetation management:

Roaring Brook Lake: Activity is to hand pull aquatic vegetation.

Lake Oscawana: Activity is to reduce aquatic vegetation through the use of a mechanical weed harvester.

Barger Pond: Activity is to remove aquatic vegetation through the use of mechanical rakes.
